What: Ashe attempts to turn a Type 7 into a Type 8.

Ashe really hoped this was going to work. The chances were slim, but if she never tried she was liable to be left pining for something for the rest of her life, and that was an unfortunate state of affairs for a princess.
On the one hand, she had Gohan. Hardly of royal blood, but handsome, sweet, and good-hearted. Ashe was, frankly, hopelessly in love and had been from just about the day they met. He was also, she'd discovered, quite good in bed. She'd arranged for about the circumstances that required the least sneaking around - or at least, required the least distance of sneaking - and employed him as her bodyguard.
The problem was that Ashe was in love, equally hopelessly, with Princess Zelda. A political match between them would have been nice, but however much Ashe wanted to be with the beautiful, wise princess of Hyrule, it wasn't like two princesses were going to be producing any heirs together. The best that could generally be managed were unnecessarily frequent "diplomatic visits" and a rather racy correspondence.
But it was increasingly awkward to arrange for Gohan to be out of the way when she wanted to spend time with Zelda, and besides, Ashe hated the feeling of being unfaithful to each of her lovers with the other... but she was certain she couldn't live without either of them. Ashe generally had a lot of self-discipline, but it had a nasty tendency to go out the window where Gohan and Zelda were concerned. She wanted all three of them to be together. To that end, she'd arranged a candlelit dinner for three in her chambers tonight - tricky enough to do without having her servants wonder what she was up to or insist on staying to help serve the meal.
She was well aware that this had the potential to go very badly... but she wanted to at least try. She was a princess, after all - why shouldn't she try to have everything she wanted?

Being offered the position of her bodyguard had come out of nowhere. All the same, despite his aversion to violence, Gohan had adapted to the job pretty well. His presence was enough of a deterrent when out in public, and his skills spoke for themselves if the situation escalated. Best of all though, being her bodyguard made it astoundingly easier for them to see each other... and be with each other.
Which was why no one asked questions as he made his way to the princess' bed chamber. Although this time, he'd been given explicit instructions to wait, even if he had no idea what Ashe had planned in the room. He was to stand guard outside the door, and wait until the princess of Hyrule was escorted to the door. From there, her guards would leave her in Gohan's care, and he could come in...
... which, speaking of...
