What: Gohan rescues Ashe from a dragon, and Ashe needs to offer a suitable reward

It was a well-known fact that dragons had a taste for princesses. It was not entirely true, in fact - most of the time what actually happened was that a dragon toook a princess captive and kept her as something between a decoration and a pet, rather like an ornamental bird.
This was generally not something a princess was happy with. That went double for a princess like Ashe, who wasn’t the ornamental sort of princess even at court, never mind in a dragon’s cave. She had a kingdom to run; she couldn’t sit around looking pretty for a lizard with big ideas. Unwilling as she was to give up, though, she had to admit that she was no match for a dragon on her own - she couldn’t outfight it, and so far it had been quick-witted enough to thwart any plans she made to sneak past it or trick it. Which meant she was stuck...
... At least until Gohan came along. With his help, Ashe had been able to get free of the cage she was in - the reward for her last escape attempt - and they’d very nearly tricked their way out of the cave. When the ruse failed, Ashe thought they were through, until Gohan brought the dragon down... with one punch. She’d hardly been able to believe her eyes, and she wasn’t even sure how she kept up with him during their pulse-pounding dash away from the dragon’s cave, aiming to get as far away as possible before the dragon woke up.
Somewhere deep in the woods, they stopped to catch their breath. Impulsively, her body still humming with adrenaline, Ashe threw her arms around Gohan’s broad shoulders and kissed him, too wound up to be self-conscious about the fact that all she wore were the tattered remains of the clothes she’d been abducted in. It was a long moment before she pulled back, blushing in embarrassment at her own impulsiveness. "S-sorry."
